Kevin Boeckman
Founder/Builder First Home Built 2001
Kevin, the co-Founder of K&M Homebuilders, began working at the young age of 15 in the Retail World, where he learned the importance of customer service and problem solving, and the desire to provide a great product. During those years he realized he had a burning passion for the construction business and loved the idea of restoring homes and bringing land to life with Single-Family Homes!
In the early 2000s, he began rehabbing houses, which soon led to building single-family homes. Kevin and his team now have over 25 years of experience in the construction industry and their commitment to providing high-quality homes at an exception value, remain the most important focus.

Founder/Builder First Home Built 1968
From Millard’s modest beginning in 1968, to his teams continued success of building Over 7500 homes built to date! Millard Bowen has been committed to offering value to his customers through providing a quality-built home with competitive pricing while meeting the needs of his customers. This simple yet unique approach to building has earned his company, Bowen & Bowen Homebuilders, a sterling reputation as a family inspired business that has had the honor of providing homes to over 500+ new home buyers every year over the past few years.
